1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the data processed on this site is Flying Studio, a studio producing 3D renderings, films, virtual tours and apps for the real estate market, headquartered at Av. Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

2. Which data we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Data you send us. In the contact form: company name, name of the person in charge, e-mail, WhatsApp and subject of interest. In the talent pool: name, e-mail, WhatsApp, desired area and the attached résumé.
• Data collected automatically while you browse: pages visited, time on site, traffic source, device type, browser, operating system, IP address and approximate location, plus identifiers stored in cookies.

3. Why we use the data

• To answer your message, prepare quotes and conduct the negotiation of a project.
• To evaluate talent pool applications and run recruitment processes.
• To measure site audience and understand how pages are used, improving content and performance.
• To run and measure Flying Studio ads on Google and Meta platforms, including showing ads to people who already visited the site.
• To protect the site against spam, fraud and misuse.

4. Legal bases

We process data under the bases set out in article 7 of the LGPD:

• Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, when you request a quote or hire a project.
• Consent, for measurement and advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legitimate interest, for site security, aggregated statistics and communication about ongoing projects.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, where required.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use first-party and third-party cookies in the categories below.

• Essential: store your theme preference (light or dark), your cookie choice and the control of the opening animation. They do not identify you and cannot be disabled without affecting how the site works.
• Measurement: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*, valid for up to 13 months) record visits, pages and interactions in a pseudonymized way.
• Advertising: Meta Pixel (cookie _fbp, valid for 90 days) and Google advertising tags let us measure campaigns and show relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram and the Google network.
• Video: some videos play through the Vimeo player, which may set its own cookies. The players are configured not to track your browsing.

Measurement and advertising cookies are active from your first visit. You can disable them with the "Decline" button in the cookie notice or the "Manage cookies" button on this page. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out extension and adjust your ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Web3Forms, the service that delivers the forms sent through the site to our e-mail.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel), for measurement and advertising, as described in section 5.
• Vimeo, when you watch an embedded video.
• WhatsApp, operated by Meta, when you choose to start a conversation through the site button.
• Flying Group companies (OGDI, NID Studio and Rinno Films), when your request involves a service provided by one of them.
• Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order.

Some of these providers keep servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the international transfer follows the safeguards set out in article 33 of the LGPD.

7. How long we keep data

• Contact and quote data: for up to 24 months after the last contact, or for the term of the contract and the legal obligations arising from it.
• Talent pool résumés: for up to 12 months from submission.
• Browsing data: for the lifetime of each cookie described in section 5, and in aggregated reports that do not identify you.

We may keep data longer when there is a legal obligation, the regular exercise of rights or a contractual basis that justifies it.

8. Your rights

Article 18 of the LGPD guarantees you, at any time:

• Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in breach of the law.
• Portability of your data to another provider.
• Information about the public and private entities we share your data with.
• Withdrawal of consent and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any right, write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. If you believe your request was not met, you may file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to contact e-mails and résumés, and providers that follow recognized security standards. No system is infallible, and we will notify you and the ANPD if an incident occurs that may cause relevant risk.

10. Children and teenagers

The site is aimed at companies and real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18. If we identify such a record, the data will be deleted.

11. Links to other sites

The site links to social networks, Flying Group company sites and other services. Each has its own privacy policy, and this policy does not apply to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, the tools we use or the law. The date at the top indicates the current version. Relevant changes will be highlighted on this page.
